Athens County roads

[edit]

The Athens County road department signs their roads with white on green squares [1][2], as does at least one township in Athens County. However, on state-maintained roads like SR 32, ODOT follows the Ohio MUTCD, which mandates either the pentagon or a white square. (Each ODOT district uses one or the other, or neither.) In most counties that signpost their routes with shields, the county posts many more county route signs than the state. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 10:56, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
