Natalie de la Rosa (born 22 September 2010) is an American rhythmic gymnast.[1] She represents her country in international competitions.

Personal life[edit]

Natalie took up gymnastics when she was about 4 years old after begging her mom to try it for months. She has two brothers, the older one plays lacrosse and is a competitive ballroom dancer, the younger one is in judo and muay thai. Her dream is to establish herself as an international gymnast.[2]

Career[edit]

As a pre junior she wong gold in the All-Around and with ball and silver with hoop at the 2022 International Tournament Ritam Cup in Belgrade.[3] In 2023 she became a junior, debuting at the Aprodite Cup where she topped the All-Around for the girls born in 2010 and was 6th in the ball final.[4][5] In April she finished 10th overall and 8th with clubs at the Sofia international tournament.[6][7] At the USA Gymnastics Championships in Tulsa she was 4th in the All-Around, with hoop and ball, 7th with ribbon and won silver with clubs.[8]

In 2024 she took part in the Aphrodite Cup in Athens, being 5th with ball and winning silver in the ribbon final.[9] In late April she was selected for the Pacific Rim in Cali, there she won gold in the All-Around, with ball and with ribbon and in the team competition, along Jaelyn Chin, Isabella Chong, Megan Chu, Yana Golovan and Dawn Kim, and silver with clubs.[10][11] A week later she won gold in the All-Around, with ball and ribbon as well as silver with hoop at the Gdynia Rhythmic Stars.[12][13] She was then selected for the Pan American Championships in Guatemala City, there she was the gold medalist in teams, All-Around and with ball.[14][15][16]
