Ktkvtsh , there was previously a portal of this name which was deleted (see Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Portal:Eurovision Song Contest ) and policy is that such a portal should not be re-created without obtaining consensus to do so at deletion review .What I'm supposed to do now is to delete the portal immediately under Speedy Deletion criterion G4: Recreation of a page that was deleted per a deletion discussion . Instead, please could I ask you to open a deletion review discussion as soon as possible and we'll see what the community decides.
