Qalandarabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلندرآباد) is in Qalandarabad District of Fariman County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.^[3] It is administered from the city of Qalandarabad.^[4]

According to the National Census of 2006, the rural district had a population of 10,243 residing in 2,338 households.^[5] The subsequent census of 2011 recorded 10,334 inhabitants living in 2,693 households.^[6] As of the most recent census conducted in 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,079, distributed across 3,080 households. The most populous village in the rural district was Kateh Shamshir-e Sofla, home to 3,112 people.^[2]
