Qebleh Bolaghi (Persian: قبله بلاغي), also Romanized as Qebleh Bolāghī; also known as Kiblag-Bulag, Qebleh Būlāgh, and Qiblahbulāq,^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Qareh Poshtelu-e Pain Rural District^[4] of Qareh Poshtelu District of Zanjan County, Zanjan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 266 in 45 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 297 people in 48 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 248 people in 66 households^[2]
