Quaden Bayles is an Indigenous Australian actor.

Quaden Bayles is the son of Yarraka, whose father was broadcaster and activist Tiga Bayles.[1]

In 2020 Bayles made headlines when his mother posted a video of him online, showing him extremely upset and saying that he wanted to die, due to bullying at school related to his dwarfism. The video went viral, and although initially brought a lot of sympathy, also attracted scepticism and hate on social media.[2][3][4] The video came to the attention of director George Miller, who cast him in Three Thousand Years of Longing and the 2024 film Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.[5]

Bayles' cousin, Biwali Bayles, is a basketball player.[3]
