Quri Chay-ye Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان قورئ چائ شرقي)[3] is in the Central District of Charuymaq County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Agh Ziarat.[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 2,631 in 520 households.[6] There were 2,457 inhabitants in 667 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 2,176 in 691 households. The most populous of its 22 villages was Agh Ziarat, with 317 people.[2]
