Regan Jak Booty (born 4 March 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for National League club Gateshead.
Club career
[edit]Booty joined Huddersfield Town as a boy, and became captain of the club's under-23 side. On 3rd July 2018, he joined Aldershot Town on a season-long loan.[1] At the end of the loan spell, Booty left Huddersfield, without making a senior appearance, following their relegation from the Premier League.[2]
On 12 August 2019, Booty joined Notts County,[3] making 13 league starts and scoring 2 goals in the 2019-20 season.
Booty joined Maidstone United in June 2021.[4]
On 3 July 2023, Booty signed for Gateshead following Maidstone's relegation from the National League[5]
International career
[edit]In March 2023, Booty received his first call-up for the England C team for their game against Wales C.[6]
Personal life
[edit]Booty is the son of former professional footballer Martyn Booty.[7]
