Saving Grace is an upcoming Philippine drama series starring Julia Montes.[1][2] This is an adaptation of the hit Japanese drama series Mother, and first collaboration between ABS-CBN and Nippon TV.[3][4] Directed by FM Reyes and Dolly Dulu.

This series marks the television comeback of both Julia Montes and Sharon Cuneta after their stint in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.

The project was first announced on July 15, 2024, after ABS-CBN Studios ink a deal with Nippon TV to do a Philippine adaptation.[1]

The series is set to air in 2025.[9]

Casting

On July 15, 2024, Julia Montes was the first cast reveal for the series.[10] Janice de Belen, Sam Milby, Jennica Garcia, Christian Bables, and Sharon Cuneta have joined alongside Montes as revealed on July 16, 2024.[5] Zia Grace was revealed as a child actress for the role of this series.[7]

Filming

Dreamscape Entertainment, through its social media pages shared a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes footages of Julia doing the promo shoot, and during the first taping day wherein she was welcomed by Dreamscape's heads Kylie Manalo-Balagtas and Rondel Lindayag.[11]

Another content was released by Dreamscape showing the entire cast with their directors, sir FM Reyes and Dolly Dulu, having their script reading.[12]
