Seirophora is a genus of lichen-forming fungi in the family Teloschistaceae. It has eight species.[2] The genus was circumscribed by German lichenologist Josef Poelt in 1983, with Seirophora magara assigned as the type species.[3] Several species were transferred to Seirophora in 2004 when the genus was emended by Patrik Frödén and Per Lassen to include some species segregated from Teloschistes.[4]

As of September 2023, Species Fungorum (in the Catalogue of Life) accepts eight species of Seirophora.[5]
