Sergei Nikolayevich Shestakov (Russian: Серге́й Николаевич Шестаков; born 30 January 1961) is a Russian professional football coach and former player.

He was the first foreigner to score a goal for Polish club Legia Warsaw.[citation needed]

His son Kirill Shestakov is a professional footballer.
