Snoonet is a medium-sized Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network. It is currently one of the most popular IRC networks,[2] placed in top twenty networks by number of users.[3] The networks purpose is to be a chat platform for Reddit's channels, or so called "subreddits".[4] The network has around ~3,400 users and about ~5,300 channels.[3]

At one point in history, Private Internet Access donated 25,000 dollars to Snoonet.[5]
