Stange Law Firm

Stange Law Firm, PC is an American multi-state divorce and family law firm. It was founded in 2007 in Clayton, Missouri with Kirk Stange being a Founding Partner and the President.[1][2][3][4] It is currently the second-largest family law firm in the United States.[1][3][5]

Stange Law Firm was founded in Clayton, Missouri in 2007 with Kirk Stange being a Founding Partner and President.[1][2][3]

For his work with the firm, Stange was named to several lists, including Super Lawyers for Family Law, Missouri Lawyers Media's Weekly POWER List, Lead Counsel Rated for Divorce and Family law and NAFLA's Top 10 Attorneys for Family Law.[3][6]He has also been invited as a speaker by organizations such as the Missouri Bar, the National Business Institute, and the Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference.[1][7][8][9]Stange is also a published author, contributing to the legal treatises Strategies for Family Law and Strategies for Military Family Law and being the sole author of the book Prenuptial Agreements Line by Line.[1]

In a featured piece on the rights of unmarried fathers, the St. Louis Post Dispatch reported on a seminar held by Stange Law Firm where they offered food and a power point presentation on the legal rights of unmarried fathers and child support.[10]

In October 2017 Stange Law Firm and Maryville University co-sponsored the Great Forest Park Balloon Race in St. Louis.[11]Stange Law Firm also helped sponsor the 4th Annual Edward Jones – Old Newsboys Charity Polo Match in 2022.[12]

In 2024 Stange Law Firm established offices in Des Moines, Iowa and Fort Wayne, Indiana.[1][6]In addition to these, the firm currently has offices in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, OklahomaNebraska, Indiana and Iowa.[3][6][7]

In total, it has established 25 offices in 7 states.[4]
