Fair use rationale for Image:LogoENSEEG.png[edit]

Image:LogoENSEEG.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. École nationale supérieure d'électrochimie et d'électrométallurgie de Grenoble (ENSEEG, Grenoble) → École Nationale Supérieure d'Électrochimie et d'Électrométallurgie de Grenoble – Move back to the proper name per WP:MOS, WP:AT and WP:CAPS. This is the English Wikipedia, so we use English capitalization conventions, so proper nouns such as individual schools should be capitalized as such. Also, no need for the parenthesis dab. Oppose, In this particular case, the official name contains the name of the town and is not too long. But in other cases like ENSEEIHT, the official name does not contain the name of the town and is much too long to be read and pronounced even by a French native. Therefore, in the case of engineering schools not so well known and with a very long name, it is better and more efficient to give the acronym + the town ; the best example is ENSEEIHT, Toulouse. In addition, Bob247 does not respect French spelling rules writing the official name of the school, which is against WP:MOS (see below).Euroflux (talk) 20:57, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalization of expressions borrowed from other languages[edit]

If the French expression is untranslated (not a loan word), follow French capitalization practice. There are some rules for French (usually: capitalize nouns in the expression that taken as a whole is a proper name, and in addition to that always capitalize the first word of the expression even if it is not a noun), but anyhow for many works of art the capitalization practice can be derived from the original publication, e.g. the capitalization of the title of a French novel can usually be derived from how it was published. I have to ask if you read what you posted? capitalize nouns in the expression that taken as a whole is a proper name, and in addition to that always capitalize the first word of the expression even if it is not a noun.
