Despite having lyrics about vikings, this is a black metal album with progressive and post-metal influences. As there are very few supporting sources, here is a song of the album: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhDnDnSkyI4
Viking metal is supposed to have strong male clean vocals, 'epic' keyboards, and midpaced, galloping rhytms. This album has neither. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.26.38.81 (talk) 23:12, 8 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, there probably are not an abundance of sources explaining the genre of this band or this album. However, they would still be nice to add to this page. I will not say that you are right or wrong, but I personally don't care whether the album is black metal or Viking metal, because genre determination is not the important part about music.
