Úr in Hungarian

[edit]

Is there any relevance to the fact that the word úr in the Hungarian language means mister, or lord, and capitalized it means The Lord God of Christianity? Some people might be looking for that úr when they find this page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mátyás (talkcontribs) 14:59, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ogham U, Heath

[edit]

There is the Old Irish word Úir meaning clay, etc:

However, it seems that the letter U in ogham is connected with úr/or/ur meaning heath:

If you agree, I'll update the page.
