"folk traditions of Upper Silesia, Cieszyn Silesia, and the Beskids" - The Cieszyn/Tesin/Teschen Silesia is a part of Upper Silesia as, by the way, a part of the Beskid mauntains (Silesian Beskidy) is, aswell.
