Viability as a page[edit]

@Paper9oll: 0 is perfectly viable for a page. It has more than enough reliable coverage to qualify as a notable standalone topic, even without the album releasing. - K-popguardian (talk) 04:32, 17 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@K-popguardian No it isn't. Mostly WP:ROUTINE in which essential details should be included in Loona if it haven't been done so. Track listing isn't anything important either which can be included as dropdown in Loona discography. And most importantly failed WP:NALBUM and WP:UNRELEASED in which this EP is unlikely to be released as all members departed from Blockberry Creative in which productions/copyrights/etc are owned by the label themselves not the artist hence even though they are not disband (no RS to support such neither is departure/termination equals to such in which the misconception of departure/termination is mostly WP:FANCRUFT which has no place on English Wikipedia), it's unlikely they will get to released this record unless the RS stated otherwise on which I haven't seen anything of such. @Paper9oll: WP:ROUTINE refers to the article only reporting routine information but the involvement of Chuu's departure playing a factor into this along with the boycotts of the album and cancellation of the routine showcase, plus cancellation of the album's release are all things that are very much out of routine for something like this. WP:UNRELEASED states that "An unreleased album may qualify for an article if there is sufficient verifiable and properly referenced information about it... Articles and information about albums with confirmed release dates in the near future must be confirmed by reliable sources." Had you looked at the sources I used every single one of these sources from NME to Sportskeeda to Osen are all news outlets that are described to be reliable uses when making articles about Korean music, as described via Wikipedia:WikiProject Korea/Reliable sources, and all these sources and more offered lots of coverage on both the comeback and the album.
Even if its unlikely to be released there are still plenty of notable albums covered on Wikipedia such as Cigarettes and Valentines and Jimi Hendrix's unfinished fourth studio album that for various reasons will never release (including the fact Hendrix is no longer alive) but still have articles because of their notability as subjects and what they built to (the masters of Cigarettes and Valentines being stolen motivated Green Day to record American Idiot.) Alot happened around 0 between Chuu's departure and the boycotts that I think qualifies it to have its own article, especially with every single source I mentioned referring to the album specifically and not just the boycotts and negative reception by itself. - K-popguardian (talk) 19:20, 18 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@K-popguardian I'm not convinced by your arguments made despite giving examples, in which both aren't similar situation, one is stolen another is passed away. As for sourcing for both example, former is below average while latter is even worse with plenty of unsourced, regardless this isn't my concern. As for providing WP:RSes, you did provide them in the article, however only some not all, with some (i.e Sportskeeda) outright unreliable per WP:RS/P regardless that isn't my main concern either. And yes, majority are WP:ROUTINE coverage and already covered in main article, just looking at Background section, Chuu's departure is already included, backlash also already included, continuing as 11 also already included, naming already included, track list not essential nor important to main article however not yet included as hidden dropdown in Loona discography#Extended plays, boycotts already included, 93 copies sales not yet included however essential and important for main article only if RS can be provided, not holding showcase and/or holding one is WP:TRIVIA so not important for main article, postpone indefinite already in main article, in which 1 of 9 isn't an valid reason that it qualifies to have its own article when you're essentially repeating the same thing as on main article and to be precise on Loona#2022: Queendom 2, Flip That, and Chuu's departure from the group.
