This article was close to incomprehensible. I copyedited, and in the process removed some content which was either duplicated, redundantly copied from linked articles without attribution (WP:COPYVIO), or totally unrelated. Begoontalk 17:09, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't simply remove 18 Point

[edit]

I found out that somebody busybody simply remove 18 Point Agreement with IGC Report & MA63 as valid supporting documents Yip Siew Loong (talk) 22:30, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not meant to be a direct host for primary documents, that is the purpose of Wikisource. If there is commentary to be made on the points, it needs to come from secondary sources, not from individual interpretation of the primary documents. CMD (talk) 22:47, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Original document for 18-point and 20-point agreement?

[edit]

I cannot find any original document regarding the 18 point agreement. Some people claimed that it can be found in the appendices and annexes of the Malaysian agreement and 1963 Malaysia Act. However, I cannot find any reference to these on Wikisource in the following documents Malaysia Agreement, [1] and [2]. Are these documents complete or incomplete? It is impossible that all these original pre-constitutional documents are available online but the 18-point and 20-point original documents are nowhere to be found. We need an absolute point of reference with exact wordings, so some people will not modify the terms according to their whims and fancies. And the 18 and 20 points agreements should not be inferred from the IGC report or MA63 since they existed before the IGC report and MA63 right? We need the exact wordings!. Another point that is obviously lacking who really drafted the 18 point in Sarawak. What kind of modifications had been made from the 20 point agreement? Anyone with such info please enlighten me.
