If the two round system was replaced by a semi-proportional system why are 2 dates 2 weeks apart given if there weren't two rounds?
George Clemenceau in the National Bloc?[edit]
George Clemenceau was never a member of the National Bloc he was the always a member of the radical party during his time in the national assembly.
