In Abercromby ward, the party of John Bennie Baillie and in Garston ward, the party of John George Baker are not clear, both newspapers (The Liverpool Post and Mercury, and the Liverpool Courier) give party initials the council documents do not list party affiliations. I haven't checked the Liverpool Echo yet. I would hazard a guess that it may be 'Distressed Soldiers and Sailors' as it is so close to the end of the First World War.

For Castle Street ward the party of Frank Ambrose Goodwin isn't recorded in the sources I have read. This was an uncontested ward

In Everton ward, Charles Edward Pugh's party, and in Netherfield ward, William Edward McLachlan's party are not fully documented, both newspapers (The Liverpool Post and Mercury, and the Liverpool Courier) give abreviations of the party namess the council documents do not list party affiliations. I guess 'Con. Labour' may be Coalition Labour, Conservative Labour seems unlikely.

For Fairfield ward the party of Joseph Lucas isn't recorded in the sources I have read. This was an uncontested ward.
