Labour numbers and vote share and ILP[edit]

I think the Labour number of MPs includes John McGovern, but although he styled himself as Labour (and was supported by the ILP) he was not endorsed by the party who ran an official candidate against him in Glasgow Shettleston. Equally some other sitting Labour MPs - notably Jennie Lee, did not run as official Labour candidates so should probably not be counted for the Labour vote share. It might also be worth noting here that after the ILP split from Labour in 1932 the number of Labour MPs in Scotland was reduced to 3 (although this rose to 4 when Davie Kirkwood rejoined).
