The text in this article was taken from the Glass-Steagall Act article in order to shorten that article. The Glass-Steagall article is now limited to the 1933 Banking Act's separation of commercial and investment banking. I came to this page through a redirect and later found out there was also a redirect to Glass-Steagall Act from Banking Act of 1933. Perhaps the title to this article should be Banking Act of 1933 and this title should redirect to that.EAFAAT (talk) 04:07, 12 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
