Merge "1949 in the Republic of China" into "1949 in Taiwan"[edit]

Per duplicate and overlap. This article is on the same subject and related subjects that have a large overlap with "1949 in Taiwan", because this article lists the most of incumbents, events and births in Taiwan area, Republic of China.
