Please find a reliable source/s which confirms this claim (that 275 poeple were killed in Khan Yunis) and does not leave any doubts about this serious allegation. Was this a widely covered news event at that time? If so, there must be many sources which can confirm that 275 poeple were killed in Khan Yunis.
