DLP

[edit]

Does anyone know the reason for the slashing of the DLP vote at this election? It was before Whitlam became the federal ALP leader. Did Dunstan have a far greater "DLP-nulling" effect (as a state MP) than Whitlam did (as deputy to Calwell)? (as the vote was slashed before the ALP came to power here and not after federally) Timeshift 04:12, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
