Television in the 1960s vs. Films in the 1990s

If Films in the 1990s will be loses, Television in the 1960s wins. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.0.238.12 (talk) 20:25, 4 April 2017 (UTC)

How are they comparable? It sounds like apples and oranges to me. Dimadick (talk) 06:49, 6 April 2017 (UTC)

Why called the "naughty nineties"?

What was naughty about the 1990s? Equinox 15:19, 4 December 2017 (UTC)

Nothing. That's why they weren't called that.
The 1890s were gradually naughtier than the 1880s had been, at least in Paris, and also more accessible by trains from across Europe. So the 1890s were certainly described thus. Any description of the 1990s thus is just a reference to the 1890s, and pretty weak. Andy Dingley (talk) 16:15, 4 December 2017 (UTC)
