U-19 vs U-20 team pages[edit]

Since most of these countries no longer have U-19 teams, with the U-20 teams functioning as successors (and the U-20 tournaments, too, etc), it seemed silly to have all these redlinks to U-19 pages that were never going to get created. I switched the links to go to the U-20 pages (except for UEFA countries, which seem to still do U-19 tourneys?). It seems like it might be more elegant to have the u-19 team links redirect? (France has redirects, England has two separate stubs, Mexico redirects YNTs to full WNT...) Regardless, I didn't know how to make that happen...
