Table

[edit]

I replaced the table with the standard table evolving out of the WikiProject on College Football. The alternating grey tones make the table easier to follow, and there is room for more informaiton, such as the ranking of the team as they go through the season. I need to find some of the intermediate week's rankings which aren't mentioned in the text, as well as game time and TV coverage information. Johntex\talk 14:50, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

After the season

[edit]

I'm changing some of the content here. Vince was a RS Soph that season (academic JR). Also removing the tidbit about recruiting. The rose bowl game was played in JAN2005, with the signing period in february. Usually, Mack has has his recruiting class set before the season even has started, so the current season has very little impact on recruiting. The impact is usually felt the year after. Texas currently has verbals from HS JRs who have yet to play their SR season. Mack's philosphy is to take care of recruiting early so he can focus on football during the season.
