This artile is not really useful except to complete political junkies. None of the terms are defined. What does "top two" mean. What does "blanket primary" mean. What does "open primary" mean. These should all be explained in this article.

The mechanics of how ballots look should also be discussed.

I'm going to be totally up front here. I am against I-872. I want it reversed. So I believe that the first step is to collect information about the Initiative and the debate about the Top-two Primary so we can put the facts on the table.
