Latest DT from JTWC reach T6.5! It should be the strongest TC in Bay of Bengal since 2001. I think Mala should have its own article as a landfall at high intensity is likely. Momoko

There must be a delay in updating, because the storm is about to make landfall. Also, the eye is obscured by clouds. It can be seen in the IR, I think. Hurricanehink 21:04, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

It's got some spin to it now, and it appears to be heading west in between the two land masses. HERE is an animateable loop of it (Click animate at the top, then Full Sized, then Most Recent). I think it will at least make a depression before it gets dragged on land, probably onto Africa rather than the Arabian Peninsula. -Winter123 19:41, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

92B.INVEST looks like an overland depression that just formed within its last few hours before dissipating. I think it first must have been part of a monsoon through, although I am not sure.
