Harry Potter

[edit]

I removed a reference to the release of the last Harry Potter novel. The author JK Rowling is English and publication was a worldwide event, so while there may have been some US-specific aspects of the publication (for instance, Rowling's North American speaking tour in which headline news followed the reporting of her remark, in New York City, that she viewed a major character as homosexual), the publication itself, at least as described, was not a United States event. --Tony Sidaway 15:55, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
