Two questions?

I can't find anything about the referendum having two questions. I'll remove it for now. – Zntrip 20:42, 26 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

MAJOR MISTAKE!!!! THE CONSTITUTION POSTED ON THE EXTERNAL LINK IS NOT, REPEAT: IS NOT, THE CONSTITUTION VOTED ON IN THE 2009 REFERENDUM. I have just added archive links to 3 external links on Bolivian constitutional referendum, 2009. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
