Out of date

[edit]

I added the "Out of date" tag to this article. Much of this article contains information that appears to have been copied and pasted from previous years. For example, the Facilities and equipment subsection mentions "The lower deck is planned to be rebuilt for 2007, while the upper deck is planned to be ready for 2008." I considered deleting this section entirely, but thought it was better to give someone the opportunity to write a section that states the current state of renovations.

In the game notes section, almost all of the descriptions of the games are perfunctory, one or two sentence descriptions, while paragraphs are devoted to games in the past. Past seasons are only tangentially relevant to the 2009 season and should really be left to be covered in the sections of relevant seasons unless they have particular significance to the current season. —Ute in DC (talk) 23:39, 23 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Explain reclassification

[edit]

I originally rated this as a start class article. User:Nmajdan re-rated it as B class. I am not trying to edit-war, but he did not address my concerns with the article, which are outlined above. This article is indeed long and has many citations, but most of the information is largely irrelevant to the 2009 season. Under the quality scale criteria guidelines for stub class is the following: "if the material is irrelevant or incomprehensible, an article of any length falls into this category." There is some usable material here, but most of it is irrelevant. I acted in good faith when I rated it as start class. Please do not re-rating this without either a) addressing my concerns by editing the article or b) explaining why you in good faith believe this article deserves to be rated differently.—Ute in DC (talk) 02:44, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Having given it further thought, I am going to delete irrelevant information to show how little relevant information there is. —Ute in DC (talk) 02:47, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
