Editing of page

[edit]

If you are going to edit the page, please put in ALL information (including goal and attendance averages and updating the results table). Also, the formatting is where it should be, don't come in and change everything up without some sort of discussion, so we can keep everyone on the same page. N-dashes

[edit]

For the results table, n-dashes need to replace the regular dashes used as per the MOS. Use "& n d a s h ;" (take out the spaces and quotations) for the n-dash. Digirami (talk) 07:54, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Is regular n-dash (Alt+0150) ok? It's much easier to input than &ndash. —WiJG? 14:58, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose, but to be sure, copy and paste the code where it's needed. Digirami (talk) 15:13, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If this is going to take place, then put spaces between the numbers and the dash code, it looks cleaner than without the spaces. Mtndrums (talk) 17:35, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
In tables, the style has been to go without spaces. But when used in the footballbox, spaces are ok. Digirami (talk) 20:36, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This is something I do take issue with, because the HTML dashes do blend into numbers without the spaces. It may look ok when used in a lower resolution, but anything over 800x600 pixels and it just looks like a line connecting the numbers instead of separating them, especially in the results tables. Looking at the page right now the dashes do run into the leading numbers. This is something that should be brought up for discussion, because it just makes things look less professional.Mtndrums (talk) 01:51, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
