Article structure overhaul
[edit]I've taken it upon myself to update the article structure to the once used in the FC Barcelona season 2009–10 article. Obviously, certain aspects of the European layout will not suit the Australian landscape, and as such I have left those portions intact and previous templates may be used for those areas (i.e. Transfers, Scorers, Attendances, League table, Youth team(?)).
Please take note of the comments that I have left throughout the article when editing the page. They will help you to insert the right parameters into the article as they become available.
Also, I was considering changing the Squad stats section to include details outlined on the Adelaide United Player Stats page, but I'll leave that up to the public to decide whether it will be worthwhile or not. The process will be tedious each round, and is subject to availability of the updated stats every week.
Hope this helps keep the Adelaide United season page up to standards. - RedsUnited (talk) 12:25, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
- There has been a discussion on the formatting of the A-League clubs' season articles already. Probably worth taking a look at. Cheers, timsdad (talk) 13:39, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
- No worries, I'll add my part to that discussion right now. - RedsUnited (talk) 22:20, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
Fixture formatting
[edit]Are we going to format the fixtures for all of the matches as it is currently, or as it was in the Adelaide United season 2008–09 article? --timsdad (talk) 07:42, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- My question still stands. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the current formatting... --timsdad (talk) 07:44, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
- Personally I like this one better than our fixtures from the 09-10 season. It's a change, but not much of one that it will disrupt the ease of reading the page. - RedsUnited (talk) 12:09, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
