I've been trying to find the sources for the said election figures on this article since it contradicts most of the sources I've found. There are two main sources which I find the most credible: Report by the Pacific Islands Forum and the Excel sheet of the Election Passport. My main concern relies on three things:

  • whether we tally the entire votes of all parties together, regardless of the double voting that occurred on this election and that as well in 2006
  • whether we count or disregard the turnout mentioned by the Pacific Islands Forum since it disregards the fact that double votes were casted and proceeded to calculate the turnout, which they said was 92%
  • I should also note the discrepancies I see around regarding the seats per party. Anyone has information about that?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to get an archive of the 2011 results from the electoral commission site since it has not been archived properly. If there are any public available information regarding an official document issued by the Samoan Electoral Commission or by their government, that would be helpful.
