Alphabetic order and "ap"[edit]

Whilst I see the logic in discounting the "ap", it is not always the case. Furthermore the statement of persons nominated has ap Iorwerth on top, as will the ballot papers presumably. Cychwr (talk) 22:56, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If the SoPN has Rhun on top, then I stand corrected with my edit. We should always reflect the original source, so if that is the case, it should be represented here too doktorb wordsdeeds 05:26, 18 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
As an interesting side note, I asked some "aps" I know how they deal with it, as well as a genealogist - the aps went for the "a" as the beginning of the surname (much as McDonald classified under M), and the genealogist had examples of books where the person's first name was used. Outcome[edit]

3rd paragraph needs to include the outcome! "a gain for that party (who have held the equivalent seat in the House of Commons since 2001) would give the Welsh government a two seat majority...." So what's the situation now? Llywelyn2000 (talk) 05:16, 3 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
