Abu Dhabi/Double

[edit]

I changed the last line in the lead because:

A) it was never called the "Abu Double" before, and to say that this is the sixth time was misleading.
B) there's no guarantee that this event will be a double-points, season-ending race in the years to come.

Also, I still think calling it the "Abu Double" is hokey and cartoonish, but if the official sources use this, then I don't have much ground to stand on. However, I do think that the title/URL of this article should reflect its offical name, and "2014 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix" should simply redirect to it. I've reverted it to "Abu Dhabi" throughout. It's still referred to as the "Abu Dhabi Grand Prix" at http://www.formula1.com/races/. As far as I'm aware, "Abu Double" is just a nickname; I couldn't find anything indicating the race had been officially renamed to "Abu Double". DH85868993 (talk) 04:19, 16 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like I successfully ate the bait. Thanks for correcting me on such short notice.. Ha.. Twirlypen (talk) 04:48, 16 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
