Images of departures[edit]

The images of departures were removed once by another user, added back, and I've now removed them again. They are not necessary in the article, given that those players were relevant to past seasons, not this one. Additionally, galleries of images are generally not a good idea unless the circumstances are unique, such as displaying the popular artwork of a well-known artist, where images are of more importance than normal. In this case, adding images of players who do not influence the 2015-16 season for Kentucky in any way does not add encyclopedic value to the reader's understanding of the 2015-16 season. Obviously I agree with BU Rob. There is no need to take up real estate in an article with a bunch of pictures of people who don't really have any role on this team. For the record, I disagree with pictures of "departures" in other college basketball season articles as well. Rikster2 (talk) 22:39, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
