Fixture order[edit]

I'm debating which order the matches should be in. These are the options I was thinking of:

  1. A separate section for each conference.
  2. Separate section for each round with all the matches from both conferences (6 matches) - divided in the round by conference.
  3. Separate section for each round with all the matches from both conferences (6 matches) - ordered in the round by date, with no regard for conference at all.

Thoughts? @TinTin:, @Matilda Maniac:, @Macosal: --SuperJew (talk) 14:32, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I think option 1 reads the easiest for mine. Macosal (talk) 14:41, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think try 1 first . . . .theres only 16 matches per conference in any case. Matilda Maniac (talk) 16:13, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think a a separate section for each round would be best, then each round further divided into the conferences, but to be honest I am not really that precious about it, either way would work fine. --TinTin (talk) 23:40, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

AIS Football Program in the Table[edit]

can the template for AIS Football Program within thee table template be edited to read FFA Centre of Excellence as per the rest of the Article ? Matilda Maniac (talk) 16:53, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed it. Thanks for the catch. --SuperJew (talk) 17:42, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Conference Names[edit]

Are they named by travel mode ? Conference A for Airline, and Conference B for Bus ? Matilda Maniac (talk) 21:37, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Haha that's great :D Maybe they should open a retro-style conference named C (for chariot) --SuperJew (talk) 07:29, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Age restrictions[edit]

Are the numbers in each age group and game time regulations the same as previously or has this changed too? If so I will move that paragraph in the overall NYL article out of the Previous format sub-section, so it's clear that it applies to both the current and previous formats. Does that make sense?--TinTin (talk) 00:02, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

As far I can tell, the regulations haven't changed, only the format of the fixture. --SuperJew (talk) 07:31, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Now that the youth programs are more integrated under the Perth Glory management, I may be able to find out from them directly about any changes to age restrictions etc. It was clear that Football West considered them separate teams, but that may have been more about team management than team composition. Now might be different. IIRC, the summer competition was a combination of the younger members of the NPL side, PLUS some of the NPL-U20s side - a combo because of the different age restrictions. But i cant try investigating that until late next week.
I tried previously to integrate the two teams' article on Wikipedia, but that approach got rejected, which was the correct thing to do. Perhaps now that changes? Matilda Maniac (talk) 09:26, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
