Name of page

[edit]

Disc Wheel, yesterday you moved this page from 2015 Il Lombardia to 2015 Giro di Lombardia. I realise that this is the traditional name, but it is not "actually [the] title of [the] race". This is seen, for instance, on the UCI website, Cyclingnews.com, Gazzetta dello Sport. Could you please explain your move, either here or at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Cycling? Thanks Relentlessly (talk) 12:52, 21 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images and other media, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free content have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

Just some things to do here:

  • Lead: There should be a source for the alternative name of the race.
  • Teams: Each team being expected to enter eight riders doesn't mean they all did. You should add the startlist as a source and change the wording accordingly.
  • Race report: Try to find a source saying that Nibali has strong descending skills.
  • Reactions: The "crazy" comment by Nibali needs to be a direct quote, otherwise it would not meet the tone expected from an encyclopia.

All  Done. Helpful comments, as ever! Relentlessly (talk) 16:27, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

All good, pass :) Congrats! Zwerg Nase (talk) 20:43, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
