Clarification[edit]

Using the references already cited, I clarified some of the information regarding the date and areas affected by the flood. Also added information about National Guard response, flood levels, and a picture. Moved the original references around to account for these changes. History[edit]

Added info about the history of flooding in Louisiana. Inserted external link and reference to scientific thesis from LSU Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Brittnicole97 (talk) 02:37, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Additional Information[edit]

Gathered a few more news sources and added information about max crest height, US Army Corps study of the Red River, and road closures. Also added a picture of the Red River taken in Shreveport. This expands the article's treatment of the topic with more knowledge. M. Blanchard (talk) 02:49, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
