recent controversies[edit]

I think we should add a section about the controversies of recent weeks....Coach Flood's possible NCAA violation (under investigation) for contacting a professor about a player's academic eligibility, and that player and 4 others getting arrested on violent felony charges (assault and home invasions) which led to their dismissal from the team. The 2015 season started with these controversies in the news, the narrative has been this dark cloud hanging over the program, and it ought to be mentioned as part of the historical record.
