Control of Council in 2015[edit]

Is anyone able to say in what sense the Liberal Democrat s had “ control” of the council in 2015? They appear to have held 29 seats out of 60: surely No Overall Control? If they were governing party with the aid of Independents it is still a minority administration with NOC.Ntmr (talk) 21:03, 8 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
