Question on stoppage/injury time[edit]

New to wiki football, so pardon if the question sounds silly. In reference to events in added time, why 91+ instead of 90+1 and 121 instead of 120+1? Seems clearer to me to indicate that the caution happened in regulation and not extra time, and that the substitution did indeed happen during the 2nd half of ET (the game was 120 minutes, so there shouldn't have been a 121st minute). I don't recall seeing anything covering the standard here in wiki football, but it seems pretty consistent across most news sources, as well as FIFA.com. --John, AF4JM (talk) 02:24, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, John, AF4JM. I was doing live edits during the game. I did 91+ and 121 because it was quicker. That's all. Elisfkc (talk) 02:42, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Question on rules[edit]

Another n00b question... After hearing about the 5 international player rule on TV and searching about it, I can't find any reference to it here on wikipedia. Perhaps it's mentioned in the articlee for the year it went into effect, but it seems appropriate to at least include it in the Finals match rules, something like "Maximum 5 international players (where domestic players are citizens and permanent residents)" (and perhaps the part in parens is overkill?). Wanted to ask opinions before adding it myself. Thanks! --John, AF4JM (talk) 02:27, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
