The result of the move request was: No consensus – Someone already did a move to add the year. The question of place might best be addressed in an new RM with a clear proposal and evidence. Category:Terrorist incidents in Ivory Coast contains only one other attack, attack is unique for this year, per WP:RECOGNIZABLE, "Ivory Coast beach attack" is most recognizable (search engine wise, and general recognition).   • Oppose pointed nomination just minutes after the previous request has been closed. House style normally adds the year, and there's no point in obfuscating the location.
