Possible Formats (by me)

Round 1: 4 Randomly drawn teams play a single legged match. Winners advance to Round 2

Round 2: 8 teams receive byes for Round 3. Remaining 20 teams face each other. Winners to Round 3

Round 3: Remaining 18 Teams face each other.

Winners are ranked, The last place is eliminated. Remaining 8 Teams play a Knockout Stage
