Bury

[edit]

Should Bury be placed at the bottom of the table? not as "24th" but as "EX" (for expelled) instead? I'm not good with tables so maybe someone with the knowhow could do this?

My feeling is that Bury should be removed from the league table and a footnote added that they were expelled from the league without having played a game. They certainly shouldn't be listed as finishing 24th as no source I've seen (including the EFL website which is the quoted source for the league table) lists them in that position. Does anyone have any feelings to the contrary before I go ahead make this change? — GasHeadSteve [TALK] 12:08, 16 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

2019-20 League One season officially cancelled

[edit]

The table for the season already reflects this, but the Football League has now officially ended the season, determining league placings by points-per-game. [1] Culloty82 (talk) 15:16, 9 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Bolton

[edit]

how are bolton bottom on PPG? that makes no sense. . how does 5 wins and 11 draw be less PPG than 4 wins and 7 draws? they removed 12 points through admin I guess?Muur (talk) 02:09, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, the EFL docked Bolton 12 points before the season began, after the club went into administration. [1] Culloty82 (talk) 15:34, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
