Primaries[edit]

Thanks for the addition of the primaries results. So, this year, every party presented only one candidate, was this commented upon in the country? It kind of defeat the first purpose of the primaries, with only the threshold one remaining.--Aréat (talk) 22:50, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Blank votes as valid votes ?[edit]

It seem the primaries were held with blank votes being counted as valid votes in the percentages. Is it also the same with the main election? Does it mean a candidate can win in the second round by ranking first, but still have less than 50%+1 of the votes?--Aréat (talk) 18:56, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Two elections[edit]

These are two different elections and should have two different articles. One article makes no sense and is confusing and disorganized. I am not able to get a grasp of this article. It is a mess. Split it! (Oddeivind (talk) 09:23, 29 October 2019 (UTC)).[reply]

It makes sense to me to have a single article, and it's standard for Argentine general elections. The current layout of the article is no different than it would be if it were focused solely on electing the president or legislature. Number 5 7 12:20, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Why are the Falkland Islands included on the electoral map[edit]

The current map (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_Argentine_general_election#/media/File:Elecciones_presidenciales_de_Argentina_2019.svg) shows that the Falkland Islands voted for the PJ. There are many contradictions to this:

- The Falkland Islands are not administered by Argentina.

- The residents of the Falkland Islands don't vote on Argentinian elections.

I understand the islands are claimed by Argentina, I'm not here to debate about that. I'm here to debate about the integrity of that map, which from a neutral perspective, is not correct and (I assume) it carries a political message.

I also noticed the Falklands are also included on maps from previous elections, I guess we should focus on this one first. 78.149.128.222 (talk) 16:34, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
